The central region - Argentine

This is a region with huge and plain lands with green herbs growing under an endless blue sky. This is the land where you can find the Argentine native horses, the gaucho and Argentine traditions, polo and pato (National sport). This is the cattle-raising Pampa, with splendid crops, the “talas” and the “ombúes” (typical trees). In its vast geography, you can find the Sierras of Tandil and de la Ventana, with their peculiar geological formations. You can enjoy many holiday resorts that offer beautiful forests, dunes and beaches.
Chapels and estancias, many of which are Jesuit legacy, appear isolated in the mountains, heading the way to the north.
The Paraná River Delta implies a group of rivers, streams and islands with the typical vegetation of a wild jungle. Swimming sites by the Paraná River, small rivers, streams and mountain dams are also attractive.
